Service Areas
Trusted local property checks, keyholding, maintenance coordination and practical support for overseas owners across Aljezur, Vale da Telha, Arrifana, Odeceixe, Marmelete, Monchique, Lagos, Praia da Luz and Burgau.
A focused Western Algarve service area
We deliberately keep our service area compact, covering only the part of the Western Algarve where we live and work daily. This means we can respond quickly, know the local conditions, and provide genuinely reliable support rather than stretching ourselves across the whole region. By focusing on Aljezur, the west coast, Monchique and the Lagos area, we stay close enough to every property to visit regularly, meet trades at short notice and understand what each location needs throughout the year.
We do not claim to cover Portimão, Lagoa, Sagres or the central and eastern Algarve. Those areas are too far for practical, responsive service from our base in Aljezur. If your property falls outside our coverage, we can usually suggest a trusted local provider who works in that area.

Property management in Praia da LuzBurgau
A former fishing village that retains its traditional character alongside holiday homes and apartments. Properties here benefit from scheduled visits, ventilation checks and support for owners who are not always in Portugal.
Property management in BurgauWhy this local focus matters
Aljezur, Vale da Telha and Arrifana are coastal locations where salt air, winter storms and vacant periods can affect property condition quickly. Regular checks, ventilation and storm-damage reporting make a real difference here. Odeceixe, Marmelete and Monchique bring more rural access considerations, including distance from services, weather-related issues and the need for coordination with local trades who understand hillside and off-grid properties. Lagos, Praia da Luz and Burgau have a mix of apartments, villas and holiday homes where pre-arrival preparation, keyholding and guest access support are often the priority.
By keeping our service area practical rather than broad, we can provide the kind of responsive, informed support that overseas owners actually need, rather than promising coverage we cannot deliver reliably.
